Singfiller V1 (FINE) has the finest viscosity, ideal for fine lines and lips. V2 (DERM) is our all-rounder. V3 (DEEP) is suited for deeper wrinkles and more volume. V4 (DEEPER) delivers the most pronounced results. Each variant has its own product page with detailed application notes.

Average duration is between 6 and 12 months, depending on viscosity grade, treatment area and individual factors like metabolism and lifestyle.

Yes. All Singfiller products are approved as CE-certified medical devices according to the European MDR (Medical Device Regulation) and meet all applicable safety and quality requirements.

Each Singfiller syringe ships with two sterile cannulas, patient labels and instructions for use, in a 1 ml pre-filled syringe. Exact cannula sizes vary by viscosity grade — see the product page.

Dry, protected from light, at +2 °C to +25 °C. Open the original packaging only shortly before use. With proper storage, shelf life is 24 months from manufacturing date.

Orders received by 2:00 pm on working days leave our warehouse the same day via DHL Express. Typical delivery time within Germany is 1 working day.

Shipping within Germany is free above an order value of €89. Below that we charge the DHL Express flat rate (shown in the cart). Shipping costs for other EU countries are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship to all EU countries plus Switzerland and the UK. Shipping costs and lead times are calculated based on the delivery address at checkout.

Yes, every order automatically receives an invoice as PDF by email. On request we also send invoices on paper — just note this in the order comment.

Sterile medical devices cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened. For damaged delivery or complaints, please contact us within 14 days — we'll find a quick solution.
